He was married to Cora Hudson (daughter of Doctor Curtis (Doc) Hudson and Sarah Adams) on 6 Oct 1895 in Lafayette County, Missouri.⁽²¹⁴⁾ This made John William Weedin and William H. Weedin both Brothers-in-law as well as half-nephew and uncle since J.W. married Cora's sister. Cora Hudson was born about 1869 in Missouri. ⁽²¹⁵⁾ She died on 26 Mar 1915. She was buried in family plot, Dover Missouri Cemetery.⁽²¹³⁾ William H. Weedin and Cora Hudson had the following children:
